It's very precious to connect with family members in such a deep way, I'm sure you have memories that you hold very close to your heart @charlotte_ashley 

I'm sorry to hear that you've been having thoughts of hurting yourself. Would you feel comfortable to tell us how often you're having those thoughts? 

It must be a really upsetting thing for you to think about especially when you are missing your  grandad so much.
