Hey @MB95 sorry to hear you were feeling numb and blank, that's always a bit unsettling hey.
I do love the idea of gardening as a form of therapy, I've been managing to keep way more of my garden alive this lockdown actually! I enjoy the simple rituals of watering/ weeding/ pruning way more than I thought I would, I still have some hits and misses, but I've been doing some research on what to plant in our veggie garden and I'm excited about giving that a go soon
