@Rattata how are you feeling today?
I'm really sorry to hear things have been so tough and that you're not able to connect with your girlfriend in person - wanting human connection is such a central part of what it means to be human and it's totally normal to find things hard without it.
I don't know your circumstances and please don't feel like you have to answer (it's a rhetorical question really), but are you able to see your girlfriend under the compassionate allowances for partners to visit each other?
If you're not able to see your girlfriend, is there anyone else you might be able to go for a walk with?
I really like the way you're coming up with things that might help with the puzzles and books, but I'm guessing it must be disappointing that it doesn't feel like it's helping. The stress about uni work sounds really tough.
It's so important to practice self care so please don't be hard on yourself about uni if you can help it. These are times that none of us are prepared for and all anyone can do is try to manage. 💛
It sounds like you're feeling a lot of pressure - would it be possible for you to take some space from uni for self care? (Eg. to ask for an extension, to seek support from a uni counsellor or to take a break if you feel like that's something that would help).
