5 ways to figure out what your needs are:

1. Figure out what you're feeling by tuning into what your body is telling you

2. Be like a plant. Have you been fed and watered, gotten enough sunshine, been around fellow plant friends, are you being treated right by the people around you, do you have a goal you're striving towards (plants try and get taller or stay healthy)

3. Journal until you come to some conclusion about how you're feeling and what's missing

4. Talk to someone. An outside perspective could tell you what needs aren't being met

5. Try all the self care activities until something works
