Aww that sounds like absolute hell!! I know when I got into that cycle it was SO HARD to break!! Is there anything you think you could do to try and break it? I'm just trying to think myself now..
I think the main thing is to not blame yourself because sleep schedules are HARD. And it sounds like you are trying but your body is needing the sleep?
