Love your anger tips @Lost_Space_Explorer5 and your friend ones @Emily-RO !! Two things I'm struggling with alot atm so it's nice to get some pointers 😊

5 ways to let someone know you're there for them:

  1. Show up when they need you.
  2. Send a check-in text or give them a call, whichever is more comfortable for both parties involved.
  3. Leave a little thinking of you letter, card and/or gift at their front door (a friend did this for me once when I was at a very low point. She had absolutely no clue what was going on but the little gesture meant the absolute world to me and kept me safe from doing something really stupid. Never under estimate the power of actions. They really do speak louder than words).
  4. Offer to go for a walk with them (or anything kind of active/activity based so they don't feel pressured to talk but know you are there if they want too).
  5. Never give up on them. Even when they try their hardest to push you away.

Next one: Kinda following on from @Emily-RO one.. but 5 ways to get yourself out there (in regards to finding/making friends).
