It's good to hear the scan went okay. Do you think maybe the fact you didn't know you had to have a needle scared you? Cause like you didn't have time to prepare for it? Staying still for that long is SO HARD lol I would have been the same I reckon 😂 Hopefully your doc is able to tell you something from the scans 🤞

Hmm.. let me see. NOPE! Unreliable and disappointing are not words I think of when I think of you!! No way!! 🙅♀️ But I'm sorry you're feeling like this. That sucks that you slept through alarms and missed the meeting.. maybe your body is trying to tell you something? What do you think? If it helps, I also struggle to wake up and make it to things on time and have also slept through and missed meetings and appointments. It sucks and does make me feel like a shit person too but it sounds like maybe you were exhausted today and needed the sleep? Sorry, I ain't got much 🙃
