Hi @Lost_Space_Explorer5 thank you for your reply, sorry for my late response! 

To my knowledge, inpatient care is like outpatient programs but in a safe environment where I can be monitored and provided with structure to help me recover and gain skills to help cope with my thoughts and emotions.

I am in the process of organising my stay, so fingers crossed it all goes to plan 🙂
