Hi, @Clarke
It can be difficult to not know what's causing us to feel certain emotions and have that cloud above your head.
I hope you're alright and If you haven't figured things out yet, maybe you can try writing down what you have been feeling and your activities lately? I find journaling helps me keep my thoughts in order.
Alternatively, you could also try some meditation if that is something up your alley. It can help relax you and get you through this.
