Hey @justkeepswimming I hope your first two days of 2022 have gone well so far too! It's great that you have some close friends that you feel comfortable talking to who are supportive of you and your needs. I'm sorry to hear that they weren't able to make you feel better this time though. I think it's great that you are able to help yourself feel better by using some other strategies! Spending a day watching Netflix sounds like a day well spent 😄.
