Feeling lonely can be one of the most difficult feelings to deal with, and even though you have amazing relationships in your life, lots of people still feel lonely even when they aren't 'alone'. I mentioned a little bit in your other post how being able to open up to your friend might help you connect with them a bit more, but totally understand how this can be really daunting and hard to put into words. This article gives some really great tips on how to feel more comfortable talking to someone you trust that might help you.
Have you tried writing down how you're feeling at all? I know when I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed or struggling to put words to my feelings, writing it all out in my diary can really help clear my head a bit and understand how I'm feeling a bit more. How would you feel about trying that?
