Hey @goldwing03 that's awesome that you've found something that works for you! Out of curiosity, do you use a meditation video or app?
I must confess that my sleep is pretty atrocious... 😆 I struggle to wake up so I've been looking at the sleep info on my phone for any hints on my sleeping patterns, since oversleeping and undersleeping can both mess with you. I think I need at least 8 hours? I'll have to keep you updated when I find a definite answer!
As for morning or night person, I definitely prefer to stay up! But have been finding that going to bed before midnight recently has helped me feel more refreshed. Does anyone else find that having a full morning to yourself can be a little... overwhelming? Maybe that's just me 😆
