I am so sorry to hear that you are struggling right now with nobody to talk to. That must be really lonely and distressing to have to go through this alone 😞 It sounds like you are dealing with a lot at the moment, so I can understand why you are feeling quite anxious. Feeling anxious can be such a difficult thing to manage. Unfortunately, we can't tell you whether to take medication or not as this is a conversation you need to have with your GP. That is because it is a medical question and a very personal one - your GP will need to consider your circumstances and history to help you make the decision that is right for you. 

 

Have you talked to any other adults about this? Whether it be a psychologist, a school counsellor or your parents?
