Hi @Jardin I'm so sorry to hear you're finding things so hard - can I ask how long you've been feeling this way? Are there any activities you're still enjoying, or are you feeling this way about most things?
When you say you feel scared about the direction your thoughts have gone the past few days, I'm concerned for you and I'm wondering if you might be willing to share a bit more about what you mean, and what type of thoughts they might be?
I'm also wondering if you have much support from family, friends and/or professionals at the moment?
If it's something you're interested in, it can be really helpful to contact a helpline or professional when you're feeling this way - for example a GP or counsellor.
