Thank you for sharing how you're feeling with us, it's really great to see you are allowing yourself to open up. It can be really difficult to do when you're not used to it!
Firstly, I'm really glad to hear that the doctors in the hospital have confirmed that you will be ok, I imagine that must have been a massive relief. But being in hospital and worrying about what might happen must've be really stressful and upsetting too.
I think when we're faced with these scary situations it's good to try (easier said than done sometimes, I know!) to flip your view. So you've mentioned how this experience has made you think more about how short life can be - the key word being can, you might live till you're 101! None of us know what our future holds, so it's always important to appreciate the time we have no matter what. What are some things on your list that you want to do in the future?
That was really brave of you to talk to your crush and show your vulnerable side to her too. I know it can be pretty heartbreaking to hear when your crush sees you as a friend and not as anything romantic, but also really great that she respected you enough to be honest with you. Do you feel better now you've let her know and understand how she feels?
