Hi @Betty123 firstly I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing panic attacks. I know that they can be really scary and distressing, so I just want to say well done on reaching out. You definitely aren’t alone though. I have also experienced panic attacks and while my experience may differ from yours, I felt a sense of detachment too.
