Welcome to the forums and I'm glad you feel like this is a safe environment for you to vent and seek support.
With regards to what you have been going through lately, it sucks to hear that you've had to experience being ghosted especially by someone who you end up seeing in person. That's not a nice thing to do to someone and I hope you at least find some closure and why they decided to not communicate with you.
Making friends is really hard especially nowadays coming out of lockdown it's hard to get back into socializing. Uni is also not always going to be the best place for everyone to find friends. I also haven't made any close friends and I'm currently in my 4th year.
Are there any hobbies or interests that you have that can maybe direct you towards doing more fun stuff that you enjoy or maybe even finding people who share similar interests?
