Hi all,
I'm a self-proclaimed bibliophile and have read my fair share on books about anxiety. I'd love to start a sub-thread about book recommendations on anxiety. My rec is Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig (TW: suicidal ideation). It truly gave me reasons I could hold onto. A symptom of severe anxiety can be suicidal ideation Which is a horrendous thing to go through, especially alone. I normally read e-books but I had to buy a tangible copy because that's how much it resonated with me.
I'd love to hear if y'all have any recs!
