I love your descriptor of “living in a bubble of silence looking out at a world full of noise”. As an introvert I completely relate to that! I’m 24 and I’ve also never been clubbing, don’t have a license and have never been in a relationship. I can count the amount of friends I have on one hand. I still am unsure of where my life is heading but I think that’s part of the uniqueness and beauty of life. Sitting with it might be uncomfortable but I try to look and things through a lens of curiosity rather than judgement. Rather than think why haven’t I achieved certain milestones like my peers and accept that if it is meant to happen it will happen. I think what you are realising can be summed up in one word. Sonder. Which is the realisation that people are living lives as vivid and complex as your own. It can be quite triply if you think to hard but I think it’s great you’re asking questions because questions lead to opportunities and you are living your own timeline. It’s daunting not knowing what our future may look like but also a little thrilling because we can at least have the power to shape it. I hope what I’m saying makes sense haha. 
I hope you eventually figure the things you want out but don’t be too hard in yourself. Answers will come in due time and in the mean time try immerse yourself in the journey of it 💜
