Heya @CinnamonRoll I've been reading through what's going on for you and thought I'd check-in, too 😊 It must be brutal waiting 2-4 weeks at a time to see your therapist. Is there anything you do in between sessions that helps you get by?
It sounds like you're working very hard to find ways to cope with dpd and that you're self-aware. Those are really good traits to have 🙂 and I just want to stop and recognise that because sometimes, when we're busy working hard on ourselves, it can be easy to put a tonne of pressure and forget to notice the good things we're already doing.
Changing any habit takes time, patience and guts, so good on you! As you said, it's early days, and we'll be here to listen as you work things out 🙂
