I'm sorry to hear that your friends make you feel so judged and invalidated, that sounds really awful. Everyone deserves to feel heard and supported, especially by their friends. Is there someone in your life that you do feel comfortable talking to about this? If you would like someone to talk to, there are a number of great support services and helplines available like Kidshelpline and eHeadspace.
