Reminder: Weekly Wellbeing - Braving a Break Up with Bella (Thursday 4th August)

Whether you've been together for weeks or years, break ups are never easy.

😥 It can feel impossible to imagine life without the other person, and suddenly it feels like you're all alone without answers or closure.

😠 Maybe your break got messy, and you wound up hurting the person you cared about, or even getting hurt yourself.

😨 Your friends might tell you to 'just move on', but you cant' seem to find a way to make the pain, anger, or sadness go away.

No matter how you look at it, break ups SUCK.

For this week's Weekly Wellbeing, we'll be talking about how to survive a break up and what life after heartbreak can look like. We'll be joined by Bella, who is going to share her lived experience of love and loss, as well as giving you all of her top tips for overcoming sadness, anger and grief when your relationship comes to an end.

Bella (she/her) is a 25-year-old solicitor who works in criminal law. On weekends, you'll find her at the gym or catching up with friends over brunch - either way, she'll be wearing activewear. Bella's favourite colour is pink, she desperately wants a pet, and she has a unique passion for make-up tutorials...not making them, just watching them.

Bella has experienced her fair share of heartbreak over the years, and she knows what it means to be hurt by someone. However, from each break up, she has managed to learn important lessons about what it means to love and accept yourself unconditionally, even when others can't. She knows what it means to have your heart broken, but she also knows what it means to be brave and try again. Bella is currently in a long-term relationship with her boyfriend, Tom, and together they love watching Star Wars and eating pasta.

Tune in on Thursday 4th August from 7-8pm to talk all things heartbreak and healing. You can find the event and RSVP here:
