Hi everyone,

I had my first 4 hour shift at an early childhood centre and I really enjoyed it. I worked with 4-5 year olds. Everyone used the right name but nearly everyone used she/her and it was quite painful until a child called me he/him. I saw that they have a progress pride flag so I think I will mention my pronouns next shift. I actually ate normally today and got up at a reasonable time. I feel so much calmer and positive after working.
