I'm sorry to hear that you're going through a tough time at the moment. Has anything happened recently that is making you feel this way? 

I much prefer the warmer months but I will say that winter is perfect for rugging up and watching movies, TV shows and reading! 😊 Are you watching anything at the moment, or is there something you can watch/read tonight? Sometimes it can be a really great distraction and a nice way to take care of ourselves.
