Thank you for posting here. I'm hearing how difficult this season has been for you. 

Seasonal depression sucks! It can be harder to feel happy when the weather is colder and the daylight is shorter. 

Have you had to deal with seasonal depression for long? If you have, what kinds of things do you usually do to help you through it? 

Perhaps making a list of activities you love to do during winter can help you find things that lift your mood when you're down.
