@Red_Flamingo actually this makes me really happy/proud to see 💙 I know how tough it can be to reframe thoughts and you've had a lot going on recently as well which is exactly when it's most tough (and most needed!). I liked that you split up "life" into its different parts. What you said sorta inspires me to be kinder to myself as well, thank you.
