2 things you did for YOU today?
Hi guys 🙂
I'm a huge believer in taking time for yourself!! I also know that every one can get soooo busy these days and may struggle to find time for themselves- I am guilty of this.
But....
Today I did 2 things for myself in between my super hectic work and study schedule including:
- Having a cup of tea
- Going outside and stanging in the sun for 5 minutes
What are 2 things you did for YOU today? or What are 2 things you could do tomorrow for yourself?
2. Made myself some toast for breakfast.
Not in that order though, I did have breakfast (and even lunch!) before eating the chocolate 😛
1. Had a very short nap (very rare for me, I usually can't even if I want to)
2. Going to yoga with a friend soon
2. Did more of my puzzle this morning
2. I ate something without caring about how bad it was for me.. I am not foreign to 'bad' food but usually I say "oh I shouldn't" but I rewarded myself today!
Mm, what did you eat @T4ils? I could go some bad food right now 😛
1. Had a really inspiring chat with my director which made me feel excited about all the awesome stuff we can do at RO.
2. I am leaving early to head down the coast for an early christmas with my family 🙂
- Kept an important doctor's appointment
- Ate a bunch of delicious, nutritious foods!
@nc_reachout13 no need to apologise - life can get pretty hectic for all of us sometimes. Sounds like you're doing an awesome job at self care today! 🙂
1. I went to see a movie
2. I walked home from the cinema because my body needed the exercise even though I didn't really want to :')
- Cleaned my room after several weeks of not tidying
- Decided against exercising (Basically it was v hot today and I made the mistake of going for a walk in the middle of the day and I was way too tired to work out)
1. Watched/listened to a slam poetry livestream
2. Cleaned my kitchen
2. Went through all my clothes and through out what I don't want. (extra yay! :D)
2. Am eating chocolate 😄
1. Cancelled plans because I needed some time to myself.
2. Had a sleep in!
1. Had a good sleep
2. Did some yoga (even though I'm very out of practise, I'm working on it!)
1. Ninjago! (Ninja... GO!!!!)
2. Taking chips after work for lunch/dinner
3. More Ninjas
4. Doggy school, gonna be so much fun!!
5. Snack times
6. Sleeping in
7. Going to the uni groups 🙂
- Made myself a grilled cheese sandwich for breakfast
- Deep conditioned my hair
