Do you have anything on your bucket list that you would like to cross off in 2015?
Well it's been a huge thing for me to do a Europe trip ever since I went to France in 2009, so I guess that's the biggest bucket list thing for me this year 🙂

Bungee jumping in New Zealand. I love New Zealand I'd love to move there one day!

Does anybody also stick a huge piece of paper on the wall, and write out their plans, dreams, goals that way?

New years resolutions are for yourself. If you are doing them to impress others, then you are doing it for all the wrong reasons. Just because someone has a smaller goal than someone else shouldn't matter. Maybe the small goal setter doesn't need big changes in their life, maybe without realising it, the small goal setter has already broken their huge goal down into smaller, easier to manage parts. *shrugs*

Who knows?

@jvkn Is that the pink fruit with the whispy bits on it? And inside it's like a kiwi fruit but white flesh?

If so, I saw it at Woollies and it smelled heavenly!

Everyone is so pumped for this year - loving it Heart Here's our next question:

Keeping new years resolutions can be hard, what are some was ways that you make sure your resolutions/goals are achievable and that you follow through?

Save some money to make that plane trip! 😛

Keep on challenging those anxious thoughts.

Write down my new dream job and the pathway I must take to get me there. 🙂

@stonepixie Mapping out your dream job + pathway is so much fun to draw/write as a diagram to stick on your wall Smiley Happy Just to get that inspiration going!

Breaking them down into mini-goals is the strategy I use to achieve goals (E.g. Check job site everyday for jobs and submit 2x resumes a week as the first steps of my goal to get a job). It helps because it doesn't make the goals seem so overwhelming and gives me a clear idea of what I can do to achieve my goals.

I told my partner all about my resolutions / goals and they've been helping me out a whole lot! Just little things like encouragement, or even just asking me how it's going has really helped me keep on track.

What I tend to do is just tell all my friends about it... That way I feel pressured to keep them up (in a good way!) Also making it as easy as possible to do them, for example having a home gym so I have no excuse not to work out 😛

My goal about being mentally healthy can be acheived my going to crossfit more as well as using the strategies I learnt last year, these will work with my other goal of not self harming too.

Break my goals into chunks. I tend to have massive goals but its better have lots of smaller ones for a shorter time frame (so 6 month goals rather than 12 month goals)

@j95 Damn straight! Short-term goals are also important too - people forget those at times!

@stonepixie Planes are fun until you have to stay in one for like a 24 hour flight, then they become a little bit over-rated 😛 But still, how exciting for your first plan trip! Where is it going to take you if you get to go?
