oooh very nice! I actually did a bachelors in Science majoring in biomed subjects too and really, really loved the content. Especially my developmental biology and neuroscience units! 🙂 It's awesome you have a plan where you want to take it. Is there a particular reason you were drawn to Dietetics or med?

For the volunteering, the supervisors are super supportive and there are quite a few intense 9-5pm training days which will definitely help me see if it's for me and also feel more comfortable. Since I didn't do my bachelors in psych, I'm doing a shorter bridging course - Graduate diploma of psychology. And then hopefully honours and masters. It's a long path ahead ahah!

Yess! Balance was great and I've heard lots of good things about Smiling Minds as well. At the moment I use The Mindful Movement on youtube, they have tonnes of free guided meditations of different time lengths and playlists for acceptance/self-love, anxiety etc.
