@redhead A walk is a pretty awesome start, do you have any other alternatives to SH? I don't know if you saw the chat I was having with another member about stretching as a form of "safe" SH as weird as it sounds. Anything that works for you that's sorta similar?
@Bree-ROit's only really the truth. I usually find it easier to at least know that someone understands
I don't know where the urges are coming from. I feel like I just have to do it.
Uni sure can be pretty stressful, as can life! Can we all talk through how to manage that distress? Or right now do you need to do things while you wait for the urge to pass?
