Aw @Red_Flamingo I'm so sorry to read about yesterday. It's such an awful feeling when your thoughts and emotions are spiralling 😓 It sounds like you had a lot on your mind last night, between reflecting on your last sessions with your psychologist from last year and thinking through going inpatient, I can understand why you felt so upset and alone.

Deciding to try an inpatient stay is an incredibly brave and, at times, overwhelming choice to make, so it's great that you're open to discussing your options with your GP and psych. It sounds like you've been unpacking this with your KHL counsellor as well. What have you discovered about inpatient stays so far?

I hope your psych session was helpful today, how did you go? Were you able to share the questions you have about an inpatient stay? You deserve all the support available and I hope you felt comforted while making this decision.

Your face to face helpers will continue to be sources of vital support as you consider things like staying safe when feeling distressed and weighing up more options of support like inpatient settings!
