After trying and trying all the suggestions from my psych none of them have worked, but that one is really helpful

Will test a few of them out @N1ghtW1ng might help me in those situations when I get really angry or anxious and don't know what to do
@j95 I think that, if using the drums is your release, these apps might help you get that release on the go so to speak. Good luck though.

@j95 said what? Oh! Doesn't matter! It's alright! I'm not sure what the app is called though, I think if you typed in drum kit or online drum kit a bunch will come up. There are some free ones that you can download.

Good stress reliever helps me because I can get really wound up and angry but they are all packed up right now.
@j95 have you ever used any of those drum apps? Where you tap the instrument? They are quite fun but I supposed they're not as good as the real thing.

Pretty much any music.from rock to old school swing, opera, 101.7fm classics. Not a fan of heavy metal or rap though
@j95 that's alright! My cousin also plays in a band, it's so awesome. That is really cool that you do that, I've always had an interest in drums but never really played.

@lanejane i've had a wonderful cold bath before. Granted it was after some exercise in the middle of summer but it was still nice.
