Noticing bad habits .

I'm a mindless worrier. 

 

I when for a hike few days ago in the city and feel less tense. 

 

I need to get out more in short. 

 

I'm going for a run soon keeping reach out posted.

going for walks is also one of my favourite ways to relax and take my mind off of things 🙂

Hey @BunnyWalks it's really amazing that you've started noticing the types of things that help you to feel less tense! I find exercise really helps me with this too 🙂 Did you end up going for a run?
