Oh jeez, I’ve done that before, it can be very disorientating to sleep past your alarms or normal wake up time. I always feel so discombobulated!

 

Maybe your body/mind really needed the rest, and this was it's way of letting you know.

 

Hopefully it hasn’t impacted your plans too much and you can reschedule things.
