That sounds really unpleasant. Thanks for sharing, and I commend you on wanting to let it out safely. Might it be an idea to go to the gym? To let some of your energy out? Or if you don't go to the gym...to maybe do some exercise like star jumps or something? Remember that emotions come in waves and that it should go down soon, so just try and ride the wave!
