How do you incorporate wellbeing into your week?

  • I always try and make sure I make some time for myself especially on days where I find myself the busiest. Even just a few minutes of relaxing before bed. 

What's your favourite Weekly Wellbeing activity and why?

  • I've been away from reachout for a few months due to uni, so I haven't gotten the chance to see the weekly wellbeings, so I'm gonna say this one (if that's counts) as It's my first one in a long while!

Do you have an idea for a future Weekly Wellbeing activity?

  • Maybe a weekly wellbeing activity that involves writing a complementary and supportive comment for the person above us and we can get a chain going.
