I am really hearing that things are so full on for you right now and I don't want to overwhelm you more by putting a long post here, especially when you say you aren't really sure you want a response. But I do want you to know that we are here, and we are listening. 

I think it is really proactive of you to head into work and see your colleagues and the therapy dogs because you feel safe there. I know that you don't want us to worry about you, but we really do care about you so much and there are some things you have said here that are pretty concerning. I'm going to send you an email later on to check in with you 💜
