Glad you are okay tonight and trying your best to stay distracted, thanks for checking in 😊 Hopefully you will be able to get some good sleep tonight. Perhaps tomorrow you could mention to your counsellor that you have the goal of speaking with your GP about your suicidal ideation and see if she has any ideas of how you can remember to bring it up? Often if you talk about your mental health to your GP they ask automatically about suicidal thoughts as it is something that comes up a lot but in the case where they don't ask you, maybe you could write a few dot points to bring in to your appointment with all the things you want to get through in the appointment. Anyway, I hope it goes well 💙
