Hi @justkeepswimming I'm sorry to hear about your last mental health professional. It can be so hard when someone you trust so much leaves, so I can understand why you might not feel comfortable opening up to someone else so soon. Opening up and being vulnerable can be such a scary feeling, but it's one that both Counsellors and GP's can support you through. We hope you will let us know how your appointment goes when you have a chance 💜
