Hey @Rattata have you had any luck with fixing your sleep schedule?
I love everyone's tips on this thread and can relate to a lot of stuff
I've been trying to fix mine too now that uni is over (except having to do a make up exam which I'm in denial of) and it's still not working 😆 I think I've realised I avoid sleep because when I'm trying to get to sleep my brain starts well.. thinking and so I keep myself distracted with random stuff but that also means I'm awake. Idk if that makes any sense 😅
I went to sleep at 2am the other night successfully when I read a book instead of scrolling through tik tok 😅 (trying to slowly bring it back to sleeping at 12) but then last night I went to sleep at 3am 🙄 The problem is I sleep in so much. And if I try to stay awake I end up napping during the day. And if I avoid napping and avoid sleeping in I'll be tired all day and then at night not tired anymore 🙃
