Love this idea!! So important to keep in mind that some things can’t be changed in these strange times. Hope everyone in NSW is doing ok 💜

 

What are some things that you can control?

  • Leaving allocated times for work/ study and then ensuring you stop to relax after a certain time- so important to maintain these boundaries.
  • What time you go to sleep
  • What time you wake up
  • Choosing to exercise/ get moving everyday
  • Keeping in contact with people online

What are some things that you can't control?

  • New cases
  • New restrictions
  • How those around you are coping or reacting

Can you think of some examples of things that are both within your control and shaped by factors that you can't help?

  • Feeling stressed or overwhelmed (this can be difficult to moderate sometimes)
  • Productivity
  • Motivation
