Love this idea!! So important to keep in mind that some things can’t be changed in these strange times. Hope everyone in NSW is doing ok 💜
What are some things that you can control?
- Leaving allocated times for work/ study and then ensuring you stop to relax after a certain time- so important to maintain these boundaries.
- What time you go to sleep
- What time you wake up
- Choosing to exercise/ get moving everyday
- Keeping in contact with people online
What are some things that you can't control?
- New cases
- New restrictions
- How those around you are coping or reacting
Can you think of some examples of things that are both within your control and shaped by factors that you can't help?
- Feeling stressed or overwhelmed (this can be difficult to moderate sometimes)
- Productivity
- Motivation
