Thanks for checking in, these lockdowns have truly been a challenge. It sounds like you are doing it really tough at the moment. Do you and you family have something planned for today? These lockdowns can really take away the structure from our day and completely flip our plans upside down 😫  which makes it even more important to keep doing the few things we can do, just to bring some order back into our day. Do you and your family have little things that you do that feel good for you guys? Try to keep pushing through this as best you can 💚
