I'm sorry to hear that you have been feeling frustrated by this situation lately @Rattata . I can understand why you are feeling frustrated as it must be really hard for you to not be able to see your partner whilst your sister can. It can be so hard being away from those that mean a lot to us during these lockdowns.
In regards to the counselling department at your uni, would you feel comfortable asking any of your tutors or unit coordinators about the details? They might be able to give you some details about how to get in contact and get some support. It is a great strategy to take things one day at a time, it can really help with any feelings of overwhelm. Great to hear that you are feeling better and calmer, is there anything that you think might have helped you feel better? 😀
