Hey Everyone, 

thanks you for all of your support and kind words i have found this space is really safe and I don't have to worry about people judging me. I have looked back at my post about opening up and I did start but then closed up again and my friends are very nice they know when something is up and they are letting me come to them , but I still feel like something is wrong and I don't what it is. Maybe it'll go away I just have a question does anyone else have trouble opening up and if so how/when did you start to open up.

( I hope everyone is well and i have been getting better and manging my panic attacks.)
