@Betty123 So glad you have found this space safe and welcoming - that's what we're all about! Also very glad to hear you have been getting better and are able to manage your panic attacks. I'm sorry you feel still something is off - does it have a location in your body or a particular thought associated with it, is there a time/activity that you feel more off? I think people themselves make it easier/harder to open up i.e. if the people you are talking to share things about themselves and make you feel loved and not judged or if they can empathise because they went through something similar then it is easier to open up. I'm sorry that doesn't exactly answer your question but to summarise I think safe spaces and safe people are very important when opening up ❤️
