Little Victories and Setting Small Goals
Hi all! I wanted to create a thread where we could all get ideas for small goals and share our little victories. I’ve found that setting small goals for myself has helped tremendously for my depression, especially when I need to get work done (uni, study, go to work). Feel free to reply to this thread with some of your small goals, ways you’re working to care for yourself or recent victories!
For me my small goal for today was to catch up on some writing for uni and take a look at my assignments for the rest of the semester. This often causes me a lot of anxiety so I procrastinate it quite a bit haha, I’m so glad that I was able to do it! 💛 😅
