So I was over on the parents forum and one of the mums on there posted this pretty decent run down of Mindfulness and how to use it:
It got me thinking; what else is out there?
So I thought I'd make a thread and ask you all, are there any videos, sites or other stuff online that you find really helpful (I mean besides RO)?

Oh and another thing i absolutely love. It comes out of a type of therapy called DBT and this amazing author wrote a tiny book the helps people understand the most important bits of this type of therapy.

@Ben-RO I LOVE this list! I have a copy printed out and stuck up at my desk for Study Stress when I'm tempted to pull all-nighters on my uni work. I swear it's just the most helpful thing.

This app is called Relax Melodies Sleep Zen Sounds. I used to sleep at night and just relax when I need it, you can combine sounds like rain, birds, traffic or just have the one sound, you can even adjust which sound in your combination is louder. I like urban rain + train sounds There are heaps and heaps to chose from.
