My fave tea before bed is peppermint tea, dont know if you tried it but it clenses your whole body. I sleep so free.

Ways to ensure sleep:

 

Shut out all the outside sounds from everywhere and everyone!

Try to go to bed at the same time each night. Turn off electronics and dont expose yourself to light before bed (which is hard cause most of us do this called brushing your teeth which cant be done in darkness)

Actually i think you cant tell if you slept enough of not until a bit later into the day. I either feel really hard to stay focused or a bit woozy when my body screamed at me to sleep more. As for waking up xD nothing better than a cold splash of water on the face. BAM awake!

I am really snippy and a bit on the rude side. I am more quiet and I see myself sort of dozing in the train and getting upset when someone sits next to me or interrupts me. I hate mornings though because I always wake up like this:

(ps. i legit go to sleep in the movies even when i'm not tired? i think i just associate the cinema with sleep)

I'm not good with sleep actually, naps not too bad but I struggle to get to sleep and i end up getting much less than i should and what sleep i do get is a rough sleep. but @Sophie-ro had some good tips for me on another thread somewhere.

sometimes when i'm warm on the couch i just nap without even knowing i'm doing it.

I actually took my nap before this GR session, I slept for like 2-3hours and woke up feeling way worse.
