This sounds so incredibly full on, I'm sorry things are so stressful at school at the moment. Has is been like this for a while?
Good on you for getting your maths test and your assignment done - have you got a lot more stuff coming up or will you get a bit of a mid-year break?
It is understandable that you would be feeling stressed given everything you have got going on and it sounds like it is really starting to impact your wellbeing. Are there things you are able to do to help you feel a bit calmer and more grounded? This is an older thread but it has some really nice tips in it that might be worth trying.
It is totally ok that you didn't go to school today. Some days you really just need to rest and take time to yourself. Have you been able to do anything relaxing today?
