Coping charts

Helo everyone!

I figured I should share this here because I think it would be really helpful.

Something I've done recently in my quest to be mentally healthy is create a coping chart. I have a lot of trouble acknowledging when I'm struggling, and then communicating that to other people. So I thought I would create a chart that  would show indicators of when I'm healthy, when I'm not okay, and when someone needs to like. Intervene .

So this is what mine looks like and I put in things I think are important. I think I need to add level of cleanness of my room, haha

and then underneath I have a little guide on like. how to care for your pet ivory

I was gonna stick it on my fridge!

I think this would be really good for people who struggle to see when they're on a downward spiral. I know personally I just think I've been sad forever andI can't remember when I've ever been okay. So having environmental and physical changes that can be tracked are good, and then even if I'm looking after myself, I can like pretend I'm someone else like, " okay come on youre sick, let's take our medication and go to bed "

This is really helpful @ivory and i'm thinking about making up my own chart and giving one to a friend and a member of my family. I often don't realise that I am spiraling until it is too late sometimes. Thank you for sharing this!
